Great post, Jacquie. I LOVE the pan. So much history there.
I have a healthy (er, I suppose) banana bread recipe my family swears by. If I remember, I’ll dig it out and send it to you. It’s gluten free and my family loves it. My daughter actually requested it as her birthday cake last year!
