Celebrating Earth Day, April 22- #SundayStills #Nature

It’s almost Earth Day! What do you do to celebrate this beautiful world we inhabit?

Terri Webster Schrandt posted some great ideas on how to help and heal the earth on this week’s challenge- Sunday Stills.

You can see her photos or join in the challenge here.

We’re blessed to live in a beautiful part of the world and need to take care of it for future generations.
Rich, fertile land to sustain our animals and crops
Trees to clean the air we breathe
Beauty surrounds us
Nature thrives

It is vitally important, now more than ever, that we cherish the land and work to reverse the damage we’ve caused. Don’t let our waste become our childrens’ legacy.

  2. Beautitul pictures Jacquie. I love seeing the pictures of the places where there is always smog and right now, the skies are clear, I wish there was a way that we could make it that way all the time.

  3. A poignant unexpected consequence of Corona virus is a healthier earth–rivers are cleaner, birds are chirpier (well, we can hear them where before we couldn’t), the canals in Venice are cleaner.

  4. Earth, Gaia, will be celebrating herself this year, left in peace, probably thinking the human race has almost disappeared!

I am a true nature lover Jacquie and I try to respect it. I even turned vegan to spare animals. I also try to shop avoiding plastic bags, leave my car at home most of the time to go on foot….
