A little about your self `ie your education Family life etc: I was a stay-at-home mom until our daughter began school. DH and I both agree a child needs their parents around when they are young. A couple of years later we had the opportunity to buy the restaurant I was working at, so after much debate we jumped in with both feet J HUGE learning curve, but I loved every tired minute, lol. We kept the original name, Bluejay Café, and ran it for thirteen happy years.
