*** My Review***

I’ve long been a fan of Jill Shalvis and her books are on my auto-buy list, so it’s no surprise that I enjoyed this read. Jill has a knack for making the reader connect with her characters in a very real way. Her H/H are hunky and of course gorgeous, but they also have faults which gives the reader empathy and makes you root for their HEA.

I Love, Love Aidan and his family, the Kincaids. They’re a mish-mash group of siblings brought together because of his father’s immoral behavior. Their trust in each other took a while to happen and they still face many issues, but the family dynamics are what makes this book memorable for me. The interplay between the brothers brought smiles and even tears at times.

Lilly fled Cedar Ridge years ago after a horrible tragedy, leaving behind an almost romance with the love of her life. Now that she’s returned, she has to overcome her feelings of guilt in order to give the sexy rescue worker another chance.
