This week’s Sunday Stills Challenge from Terri Webster Schrandt is PINK. You can see Terri’s photos and join in here.
My garden is a riot of color right now, how is yours doing?
The glory of gardening: hands in the dirt, head in the sun, heart with nature. To nurture a garden is to feed not just on the body, but the soul.
Alfred Austin
The above photo is the peony I tried to get to bloom for years with no success. DH took over its care last year and voila, success!
Here’s a few more pictures from the garden.
I’m loving the outdoors, the scents sweep me away!
To see a world in a grain of sand and heaven in a wild flower Hold infinity in the palm of your hand and eternity in an hour.
William Blake

These flowers are gorgeous! And peonies are my favorites!

Thank you! We live on the west coast of Canada in rainforest country and love it!

I am bordering on Sub-tropical. Before the devastating fires, I had rainforest species returning to the deep gullies. All gone now and will take another 25 years before they start to show again

That’s sad. It must have been a horrifying time. Are your drought conditions any better?

Hi Saania, how have you been?
Yes, I love catching raindrops on petals. My iPhone does an excellent job with closeups.

I’m good, thank you. I quit school at the start of grade ten, so I missed the worst of the heavy exams, but my daughter is going for a PHD in biology and gets stressed over them- I don’t envy you guys, lol
