Kevin Cooper shares a lovely review of My Baby Wrote Me a Letter- thank you, Kevin!
Eight months pregnant and her Navy husband away on a mission, Grace Freeman craves the security of her childhood home in Canada.
When a letter written by her long-lost mother is found in an old writing desk it creates a tear in the fabric of her family.
Can Grace find a way to bring peace to those she loves, or will a message from the past destroy their future?

This is a beautifully written heart-felt story that can be read in one sitting. I was immediately entranced and finished reading it so quickly I found myself looking for more.
It’s a brilliant read filled with both raw emotions and a nice balance of family banter.
Touching.
When someone says he read your book in one sitting this is high praise Jacquie! Well done!

Thanks, Sophie! It’s only a short story, but I think it turned out well 🙂

And I love that cover!

Thanks, Mae! It’s a short story I did for an anthology celebrating Canada’s centennial (we’re a baby country compared to some, lol)
