This week’s Sunday Stills Challenge is hosted by Marsha Ingrao on the Always Write blog. The theme is- Emerging. Visit Marsha to see her entries and join in the challenge here.
The photo above was taken in the second week of March and was the first of the cherry blossoms.
This is the tree now! Our RV Park is riding a pink wave, lol.
In Japanese culture Cherry blossoms are a symbolic flower of the spring, a time of renewal, and the fleeting nature of life.
The beautiful spring came; and when Nature resumes her loveliness, the human soul is apt to revive also.

This is a fruit salad tree. It has four varieties of plums and a nectarine.
In the spring, at the end of the day, you should smell like dirt.

Harley is happy to be out in the sunshine with the emerging daisies 🙂

Hi again Jacquie. What lovely blossoms! How does Harley like his leash. My agreeable cat said, “No thanks!” Harley looks very happy in the warm sunshine. Are you camping somewhere?

We’re full-time RVers and love it! She’s been on a harness and leash since she was a kitten and does well with it. There are eagles 🦅 and raccoons 🦝 here so we needed a way to keep her safe.

Me either! After fifty years of six-eight month winters in Alberta we were thrilled to move to the island 🏝

Thank you, Kymber. She’s almost ten now. She suffered a horrible fall a couple of years ago. It pinched a nerve in her back. She dragged herself into the house- so awful. I carried her to the vet, tears streaming, but they weren’t sure what was wrong without getting expensive MRI’s.
Miracle of miracles, when we brought her home she started to walk again! At first, her back was hunched like a Halloween cat and she moved kind of sideways, but it slowly got better and now she gets around pretty well 😊

I’m so happy to hear that she is doing better after such a traumatic accident.

I love the cherry blossoms on the west coast. Thye always made me feel so happy. Here in Spain, we have almond blossoms which are also very pretty. They come out in late February/early March. Enjoy the nice weather. xo

Do they have a scent, Darlene? I wish the cherry blossoms did. Back in Alberta we had a giant Mayday tree in our front yard that gave off the most heavenly scent!

They have a slight scent. I remember my lilac hedge in Alberta. Such a wonderful scent. Have a great week. xo

Beautiful photos. Looks like Harley is enjoying herself.
Autumn used to be my favorite season, but I like them all except winter. Especially after the one we had this year. 🙂

On and off. We had a horrible week in February. The entire state was below freezing. Even snowed on the beaches.

Such beautiful pink blooms, Jacquie! Harley looks adorable. Spring is sloowwww to come here in Spokane, but the willow trees are showing that soft spring green. I keep forgetting to stop and get a pic! I’m back next week come heck or high water with the violet color challenge. Thanks for supporting Marsha these weeks!

I like spring for the rebirth and pretty flowers and trees, but the weather is unpredictable in the Midwest. Fall is my favorite season. Your cat is enjoying the season!

Love the emergence of Spring flowers after winter. In Australia things are going well in terms of weather (and covid) in Autumn and I am enjoying seeing the autumn leaves fall! Denyse #sundaystills

One year, the first plum tree had 1100 plums. I was busy giving them away.
